About Us
Creative Balloon Company are specialists in balloon decor and deliveries since 1992.
We are members of both the Qualatex Balloon Network and N.A.B.A.S. (National Association of Balloon Artists and Suppliers)
In 1995 we qualified for C.B.A. status (Certified Balloon Artist) which is the highest qualification in Balloon Artistry, using only the best products available.
We are here to assist our clients with colour schemes, theming and unique decorating ideas.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Making A Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Alternatively we will accept payment by cheque, but will not ship the order until the payment has cleared.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Remittance Terms
No orders will be shipped before payment is received.

Shipping and Handling
All orders will be shipped by First Class Post where available.

UK shipping rates will be:

Orders up to £10 -- £3.50
Orders £10 - £35 -- £6.50
Orders over £35 -- £9.50

Delivery Schedule
We aim to process your order within 7 - 10 working days.
Most items are held in stock and are usually dispatched within a day or two.
With personalised items, we would suggest that you allow at least 14 -21 days for printing.

Back Orders
Should the product(s) that you order be unavailable, we reserve the right to send you an alternative of either equivalent or higher value at no extra cost to you.

Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction.
( All non personalised products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee).

Any faulty items will be replaced or refunded as required.

All orders that are personalised are non returnable unless they are faulty or we have made an error in the personalisation.

Privacy Policy
The Creative Balloon Company does not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used, and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
